We serve our Gotlandic breakfast (a mix between English and American breakfast) in our little Gothic Dining Room.
Summertime some really prefer eating outdoor in our park, maybe under the walnut tree or by the wild lavender. Our buffet offers both warm and cold dishes, veggies, fruits, meats, dairies, juice, different kinds of fresh baked bread, something from the sea, homemade marmalade, organic teas and coffe…
Some days (especially during the weekends by any reason) the chef is in a good mood and just fixes something extra. Other days he will provide you with a new decoration or a sweet to you coffee. (Once we had a guest that loved kiwi, he was about 6 years old and his mom called him “The Kiwi boy”. Somehow everything that left the kitchen was decorated with kiwis during their stay at the hotel. Except from the scrambled eggs.)
Please tell us if you have any special food requests or suffer from any allergies. We do care about our guests and place a great effort in preparing a breakfast that is nice, well cooked and composed with love.
